Training Sessions

Swimming – A coached session on Monday evenings 7pm to 8pm at Montrose Sports Centre.

Cycling – Coached or led sessions every Tuesday at 6:45pm – see Facebook for meeting venues.

Running – A coached session at 8.20am on Saturday mornings at Broomfield. The session will last one hour and will finish in time for the Parkrun.

Each session will have a different focus.

Coached/Led session definition

Coached – A structured training session, with a thorough warm up, outcome driven ie speed, hills, a coach will be present on the sidelines giving technique support throughout.

Led – Involves a quick warm up and then a routed cycle/run. There will be an outlined goal to each session to focus the group. Please note the leader will be taking part in this session and therefore will not be coaching after the warm up.
